I am an experienced teacher with over 12 years in education. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master's degree in Teaching Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Students (ESOL). Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with students in Kindergarten – Fifth Grade and gain the experience of working with students of various grade levels. I have also worked with students through private tutoring in Kindergarten - 11th Grade. This has allowed me to become familiar with grade level expectations and develop differentiated instruction to meet the standards-aligned curriculum. I believe in the value of being a lifelong learner and want my students to feel excited to learn! Working with children, I try to keep my lessons full of hands-on activities because I feel that children learn best through experience.
