From the age of eight years old, I have had quite a fierce competition with the education system. Through weeks of testing, I was diagnosed with dyslexia and a strong reading comprehension delayed reaction. Fortunately, my parents were able to find amazing educators to work with me every day for 2 hours Monday-Thursday, who helped me overcome my obstacles with letters, numbers and reading comprehension. At the age of 15, I found myself working and volunteering with elementary aged students to enhance their curriculum and homework skills. Over the last 8 years, I have had the privilege of working with 9 families (ages 3, 7,8,9,10,12. and 16) in areas of mathematics (2nd grade to geometry), reading and reading comprehension, social sciences, test taking strategies, organization, communication and projects!

I have my Bachelors of Science in Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations and minors in Business Law and Special Education. I am also finishing my Masters in Business of Management and Leadership with an emphasis on Interpersonal Relations and Organizational Structures.
