I’m a lifelong educator and wellness guide who believes in supporting the whole person—mind, body, and breath. After 19 years as a classroom teacher (Pre-K through 8th grade), I felt called to expand my work into more holistic spaces of growth and connection.
Today, I offer prenatal yoga and breathwork experiences designed to help people slow down, tune in, and feel supported in their bodies—especially during the transformative season of pregnancy. I am a certified breathwork facilitator through Elemental Rhythm and bring a gentle, somatic, Hatha-inspired approach to all of my yoga offerings.
My work is rooted in creating safe, nurturing environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered—whether we’re learning, moving, or simply breathing together.
