I am an enthusiastic, driven educator with over 15 years of homeschooling experience and 8 years of teaching in public and private school systems. I am a life-long learner who believes in kinesthetic, hands-on learning and I love learning and exploring alongside my students! I think children (and adults) learn best when they are free to make mistakes and grow from them. I use a variety of teaching methods to help ensure that all students in my room are able to learn and grow.
I have successfully graduated 15 kids from my homeschool program, many of whom have gone on to attend prestigious colleges and programs around the country. I am also an RBT, and have experience working with kids and adults on the spectrum.
In my spare time, I love traveling, going to the beach, swimming, hanging out with my 6 chihuahuas, and playing Soduku.
