With over ten years of experience, Tiffanie’s educational mentor journey began after graduating from Florida International University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. What began as a part-time tutoring position, soon evolved into a career dedicated to supporting students across a wide range of ages and academic levels, from elementary learners to college students. This foundation sparked a lasting dedication to teaching and academic mentorship. The passion for one-on-one academic coaching also comes from the opportunity to support the whole learner. Beyond academics, Tiffanie often help students develop study habits, organizational skills, and resilience.
Along the way, she became certified in grades 6–12 Mathematics, and developed a strong instructional background across multiple other subject areas, including Science, English Language Arts, and History. Tiffanie has worked in diverse educational settings such as micro-schools, homeschool programs, public charter schools, and private schools.
Throughout her career, she has supported students of all learning profiles, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapting instruction to meet individual needs while fostering confidence and independence. Grounded in a holistic approach to learning that values academic growth, emotional well-being, and real-world application, she continues her work today as a Private Educator, guiding students within the homeschool environment, and helping them thrive both academically and personally. Through individualized instruction, Tiffanie can truly see how a student learns, identify gaps in understanding, and adapt teaching methods in real time to support growth and confidence.
