I have 5+ years of elementary teaching experience, and hold dual masters degrees in both elementary and special education. I am passionate about teaching, and value finding unique and creative ways to meet the needs of each learner I work with. I have experience with in-person and virtual teaching, and am able to make learning a positive and meaningful experience either way. Outside of the classroom, I teach as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University in the School of Education. I also have 7+ years of experience mentoring individuals with autism spanning from toddlers to young adults. Lastly, I am a certified personal trainer, and travel annually to the Dominican Republic for a service trip to work with children in remote villages.
