I’m a mathematics educator and research engineer with more than 10 years of experience tutoring high school and college students. I specialize in Algebra, Precalculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, and college-level Calculus, with additional expertise in advanced mathematics.

My approach is centered on genuine understanding rather than memorizing formulas. I work to identify exactly where a student’s understanding breaks down, strengthen any missing foundations, and explain difficult concepts in intuitive ways that make the mathematics feel manageable. I adapt my teaching to each student’s learning style while maintaining high expectations and encouraging independent problem-solving.

I hold a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Computer & Electrical Engineering, and I currently work as a Research Engineer applying mathematics to complex real-world problems. Whether a student is struggling with the fundamentals, preparing for an exam, or looking to move ahead into more advanced mathematics, my goal is to help them develop both confidence and a deeper understanding of the subject.
