Spanish is my mother tongue; it is the language of my heart. I was born in the island of Cuba and lived there until I was 13 years old. Yes! I am very familiar with the old cars from the 1950's. In fact, I rode in them so many times when I was a kid. Then I moved to Miami where the Latin Community is so vast. In reality, I have never been away from my language and my culture. Siempre hablamos español en la casa! (Spanish is always spoken at home). So if you want to learn or practice Spanish, I am the perfect tutor for you.

I am also fluent in Italian. In fact, at the moment I am a volunteer in the Italian Community in Chicago. Every week, I interact with many people from Italy, giving me the opportunity to access valuable resources that enrich my knowledge of the language and the culture.

I don't believe in a rigid and strict classroom regime. I want my students to have fun, to laugh, and to feel comfortable when they are learning the target language.
