Hello! My name is Jen and I have been working with kids in many capacities since 2000. I have taught middle school math, ran wilderness programs, worked at camps and after-school programs, and I have tutored. I enjoy helping students challenge themselves and then celebrating their successes once they complete the task whether it be a math problem, going down a zip line, earning a spot on the softball team, etc. After 19 years in education, I have learned how best to teach kids based on their own, unique learning styles and I enjoy figuring out how their brain works so I can best support them.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, reading, and take my daughter on adventures all over Utah.

I am open to online/in-person tutoring and homeschooling as well as a travel tutor for short trips.
