I am currently a reading curriculum specialist who creates reading curriculum for students in grades 2-5. I have homeschooled my own children for the past couple of years. In addition, I taught in the traditional classroom for 10 years and as an online teacher for a public charter school for 7 years. I have a Masters degree in Reading and Literacy and I am National Board Certified in Early and Middle Childhood Literacy. I have been trained in LETRS (Science of Reading). My passion is to see students growing in their knowledge and understanding, while also growing into their own personalities, learning styles, interests, and gifts.
I am married and have two children of my own in middle school. We love to camp, travel, and serve in our church.
